Delivery & Returns Policy of
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be dependent on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service.


When you add items to your shopping  basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order. Orders can be to any address on condition that the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order.


All deliveries must be signed for (unless sent by post through your letterbox). The receipt enclosed with your goods will be required should it be necessary for a return (Subject to agreement).
All delivery charges not included in the item price will be added automatically When you add products to your Shopping Basket, You will be able to see this charge prior to submitting your payment.
Our delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability, we are unable to offer delivery times other than between the hours of 7am and 6pm.

We select the most appropriate courier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
The delivery services used will be determined by the contents of your order and your delivery postcode. Parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail or other suitable system.

Delivery could take up to 7 working days, however larger items are normaly sent overnight.
Deliveries to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses are not permitted.
Every effort will be made to deliver goods as soon as is reasonable, however delivery time shall not be of the essence shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.


Upon delivery of goods to the customer or their agent, the risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer.

Force Majeure: Naturally we the company  will make reasonable efforts to over come any adverse conditions. However we accept no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
Returns: Should it be necessary to return a product purchased from then you have 14 working days to complete the return. Please note that if you return a product due to change of mind then a restocking charge of 25% will be charged for this purpose. it will be deemed that all orders taken are done so on the understanding that you the buyer take full responsibility for item choice and place the order accordingly


The returned goods must be in same condition as originally sent by us.

(a resalable state) All returned goods must include any accessories supplied with the original order.

You agree to inform us by email of your wish to return a product that email must include the estimated return time in order that we can assign a member of staff to handle your case in a timely manner
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 working days.
Any applicable refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will be credited to the original purchasing card only.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken.
